Every ring on this clearance page shares a silver-tone finish and an adjustable band. What changes is the motif on top: a flower in relief, a butterfly, a heart, a star or a round stone.

Some pieces catch the light with rhinestones, others keep to plain, graphic metal. Colours run from plain silver to black and silver, with pink, white, grey and multicoloured in between, so there is something for a quiet weekday and something for a night out.

Adjustable silver-tone rings in this clearance sale

Choosing a fashion ring comes down to three things: the colour you wear most, the motif you like, and whether the band will fit. The three answers are below.

Ring sizing, sorted: everything here adjusts

No need to know your size to the millimetre. The band opens and closes a little, so the same ring moves from ring finger to middle finger depending on the day. That also makes them an easy gift, since you never have to ask for a size. Where a band uses an elastic thread instead, the product page says so.

Stacking and everyday wear

If you like wearing two or three rings at once, keep one raised motif per hand and let the rest stay flat: a round stone or a fine flower slides under a shirt cuff, a 3.4 cm butterfly does not. Silver-tone also sits well beside a steel watch, so a watch you already wear every day makes a safe reference point.

Keeping the silver-tone finish bright

Chlorinated water and cosmetics do most of the damage, and gym sessions finish the job. Take the ring off before a swim or a shower, put it on after hand cream and perfume, and wipe the motif with a soft cloth at the end of the day. Stored flat in a pouch rather than loose in a dish, it will not pick up scratches from the rest of your jewellery.

Common questions

Will an adjustable ring stay in place?

It will if you close the band gently around the finger rather than forcing it wide. Adjust it once, at the base of the finger, and leave it alone; repeated opening is what loosens a band over time.

Can I wear one of these every day?

Yes, with the same care you would give any silver-tone piece. A flat motif copes best with typing, washing up and coat sleeves.
