Shipping and delivery

Mode Tendance ships across the entire European Union. Your orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours via Mondial Relay (parcel shop and Locker) or DPD (parcel shop and home). Shipping becomes free above a certain order amount, and each additional 30 € tier reduces the carrier fee.

How it works: the more you order, the less you pay for shipping

Each country has a free shipping threshold (39 € or 69 € depending on the destination). Above this amount, Mondial Relay becomes free. Then, for each additional 30 € spent, the DPD fee drops by 2 €, until it also reaches free shipping.

DPD: 3 to 6 working days depending on destination.
Please note: Mondial Relay is cheaper but delivery times are long and sometimes exceed the carrier's stated times. We are not responsible for this carrier's delivery delays.

Times start from dispatch. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours after payment is received.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product or our mistake. Once the return is received and checked, the refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

How do I prepare my return?

Contact us at contact@mode-tendance.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Useful information

  • Tracking: a tracking link is sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order ships.
  • Careful packaging: all parcels are prepared by hand, with special care for jewelry and fragile items.
  • Maximum weight: 20 kg per parcel. For heavier shipments, contact us for a custom quote.
  • Customer service: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., by e-mail at contact@mode-tendance.com.
