How a metal-clasp coin purse behaves day to day

The two-ball clasp frame in a bronze finish runs across the top. Pinch both balls between thumb and forefinger and the whole width opens at once: nothing to unzip, no slider to pull. The 3.5 cm depth is what makes the difference here. The pocket keeps its shape once the purse is set down, so coins spread out instead of piling up at the bottom. Under the flap the mood changes. Spots drawn in crayon sit on the pale pink ground in sea green, orange, burgundy and navy, scattered rather than set in rows. A deeper rose band at the foot finishes the body and anchors the design. On the left side a black brand tab is caught in the seam.
