Our weekend bags for women are printed nylon totes, sized for two or three nights away. Every model in the range shares the same shell: 54 × 35 × 18 cm, two handles and a fringed border. The print is what changes from one bag to the next, along with the colour of the handles. Nylon keeps the weight down, and the bag folds flat once you empty it.

A bag for two nights is a different object from a suitcase. It has to swallow a change of clothes without commandeering the boot of the car, and it has to be quick to pack on the morning you leave.

Weekend bags for women: start with the print

The shell is identical across the range, so the print does the choosing. Stars scatter across the nylon in pastel blue, coral and soft yellow, over handles in bright yellow. The geometric pattern runs blue, coral and orange against navy. The patchwork mixes spots and gingham in pink and blue, finished with turquoise.

Reading the 54 × 35 × 18 cm format

Those three numbers tell you more about a bag than any adjective. Each one changes something when you pack.

54 × 35 × 18 cm, measurement by measurement
MeasurementWhat it changes
54 cm acrossa folded jumper or a pair of jeans lies flat instead of being rolled
35 cm highshallow enough that the bottom layer stays visible instead of being buried
18 cm deepa wash bag stands upright along one side rather than lying on top

The wide opening is why the bag packs so quickly. If you want to see where this format sits among the others, the full range of bag shapes we stock runs from clutch to basket.

Weight, creasing and finding your bag in a boot

Two things matter on a short trip. Nylon is light, and it does not hold a fold, so a night in the bag does not show on your clothes. A loud print has a practical side too: you spot your own bag in a boot, on a rack or in a hallway without hunting for a label.

Staying with family or friends

Two outfits, a wash bag and something for the host: the tote sits in the corner of a spare room without getting in the way, then folds down once it is empty. The exact print and handle colour are shown on each product page.

A second bag on a longer holiday

Packed flat inside a suitcase, it takes up almost nothing on the way out, then carries towels, shopping or a picnic once you are there. If you want the same shape for daily use rather than the occasional trip, our everyday totes keep the wide opening in other fabrics.

Nylon, fringing and handles

The fringed border runs along the edge on every model and softens prints that are otherwise very bright. A damp cloth deals with most travel marks; for anything more stubborn, use lukewarm water and mild soap, then leave the bag to dry flat in the open air, away from a radiator. And empty it before you put it away: a forgotten bottle pulls the handles out of shape faster than any journey does.
