A clasp-frame coin purse 13.5 cm wide

A travel scene printed across the front

Quieter blues on the reverse

Turn the purse over and the tone drops. One half of the back is a plain grey-blue panel; the other carries a pale blue print of pink blossom and slim leaves. Those same blues and pinks come back in the fringe, so the two sides still belong together.

Keeping the print sharp and the tassel clear of the frame

Close the frame with the fringe pulled aside so the tassel never catches between the two halves of the clasp. Keys and anything else abrasive are better kept in another pocket, since the printed panels take the wear first. A soft cloth is all the metal needs. When the purse is not in a bag, keep it somewhere dry.
