A 3.7 cm case on a slim wrist

At 3.7 cm across, the case is wide enough to be noticed and still stays within the width of a narrow wrist. Its rim and crown keep a bright silver-tone finish, which lifts the softer colours of the dial. The black numerals run all the way round, including where the print is busiest.

On and off without adjusting anything

The band is stretchable along its whole length: it opens to let your hand through, then closes back by itself. No holes to line up, no links to take out, which also makes it an easy watch to give as a present. Other models in the shop use a band that sizes itself.

Watercolour flowers across the dial and the strap

The print behaves like a painting rather than a repeat pattern: petals in pink and fuchsia, charcoal leaves, cooler blue-grey areas that soften it. Because it carries on along the links, the watch reads as one continuous drawing on the wrist. Grey and violet are the dominant colours.

Styling it through the week

Under the cuff of a navy blazer, only the print shows, and that is usually enough. On a grey marl sweatshirt or over a denim shirt at the weekend, the fuchsia comes forward instead. If a meeting calls for something plainer, straps that close with a buckle are the quieter option.
