This page gathers the bag side of our leather goods department: everyday shapes, travel formats and summer styles in PU, fabric, nylon, cork or straw. The pointers below help you choose by shape, use and material.
Worn across the body, a bag keeps both hands free on a commute or a day of errands. Satchels, bucket bags and mini chain styles all sit among our crossbody and shoulder bags.
Structured shapes with short or medium handles hold their shape and suit smarter outfits; you will find them in our selection of structured styles.
For shopping days, an open tote of 40-50 cm carries a 15-25 litre load without complaint; browse our roomy open formats.
For the office, pick a structured model that takes an A4 format: paperwork stays flat and a small laptop slips in easily. A weekender in cabin 50 cm format spares you a suitcase for two days away.
Come summer, round baskets and woven straw styles take over for the beach and the market, light and airy by nature.
If you would rather avoid leather, our Portuguese cork designs are light, naturally water-resistant and made from bark harvested without felling the cork oak.
| Material | Everyday care | Indicative lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| Full-grain leather | Soft damp cloth, nourishing cream 2-3 times a year | 10-30 years |
| Split leather | The same care, more often | 3-8 years |
| PU (vegan) | Damp cloth with mild soapy water | 1-5 years |
| Cork | A simple wipe; waterproof by nature | 5-15 years |
| Straw and raffia | Gentle brushing, dry flat | Seasonal use |
Composition varies from one model to the next, so check the material on the product page before you buy. Looked after well, a good bag lasts 5-30 years depending on material and use.
Black covers formal wardrobes, tan and camel warm up neutrals, and beige or ecru belongs to spring and summer. One bright bag on a neutral outfit is often all the colour a silhouette needs.
Store your bags flat or hanging, lightly padded so they keep their shape, in a dry room away from direct sun and damp. Rotating two or three models through the week spreads the wear.
